Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Performance of Duties by Police Officers, Article 16 (Prohibition on Disclosure of Secrets)
위원회의 회의에 참석한 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설해서는 아니 된다.
A person who attends a meeting of the Committee shall not disclose any secret learned in the course of his or her duties.
