경찰공무원 임용령 제43조의2(의사상자 등에 대한 우대)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람이 경위 이하 신규채용시험에 응시하는 경우에는 「국가공무원법」 제36조의2제1항에 따라 응시자의 각 과목별 득점(제41조제1항 단서에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 시험으로 대체한 과목은 제외한다)에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 점수를 가산한다. 다만, 응시자에게 만점의 40퍼센트 미만을 득점한 과목이 있거나, 점수로 환산할 수 없는 시험인 경우에는 점수를 가산하지 않는다.

② 제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 의사상자 등에 대한 우대에 관하여는 「공무원임용시험령」 제31조의2제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "시험실시기관의 장"은 "시험실시권자"로 본다.
