경찰공무원 임용령 제40조의2(응시자격의 예외)

① 경찰청장은 공개경쟁채용시험을 실시하는 경우로서 연고지 임용, 그 밖의 지역적 특수성을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 일정한 지역에서 일정한 기간 동안 거주한 사람으로 응시자격을 제한하여 시험을 실시할 수 있다. <신설 2026.9.1>
