경찰공무원 임용령 제36조(시험의 구분 등)

①공개경쟁채용시험은 다음 각 호의 단계에 따라 순차적으로 실시한다. 다만, 시험실시권자는 업무내용의 특수성이나 그 밖의 사유로 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 그 순서를 변경하여 실시할 수 있다. <개정 1993.8.23, 2016.12.30, 2021.1.5, 2024.8.13, 2026.3.10>
