경찰공무원 승진임용 규정 제9조(경력 평정)

① 경찰공무원의 경력 평정은 제5조에 따른 승진소요 최저근무연수가 지난 총경 이하의 경찰공무원(제11조제2항 단서에 해당하는 경찰공무원은 제외한다)이 해당 계급에서 근무한 연수(年數)에 대하여 실시하며, 경력 평정 결과는 승진대상자 명부 작성에 반영한다.

② 경력 평정은 해당 경찰공무원의 인사기록을 기준으로 하여 실시하며, 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 인사기록이 정확한지를 조회ㆍ확인할 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.12>
