경찰공무원 승진임용 규정 제42조(특별승진후보자 명부의 작성 등)

① 임용권자나 임용제청권자는 특별승진임용예정자로 선발된 사람에 대하여 특별승진후보자 명부를 작성하여야 한다.

② 특별승진후보자 명부에 기록하는 순서는 승진심사위원회의 특별승진 의결일순으로 하되, 의결일이 같을 경우에는 근무성적 평정점순으로 한다. <개정 2016.10.31>

③ 특별승진임용은 특별한 경우 외에는 제2항에 따른 특별승진후보자 명부에 기록된 순서에 따른다.

④ 임용권자나 임용제청권자는 특별승진후보자 명부에 기록된 사람이 승진임용되기 전에 정직 이상의 징계처분을 받은 경우에는 특별승진후보자 명부에서 그 사람을 제외하여야 한다.
