경찰공무원 승진임용 규정 제33조(시험의 합격자 결정)

① 제1차시험 및 제2차시험에서는 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람 중에서 선발예정 인원을 고려하여 고득점자순으로 합격자를 결정한다. <개정 2016.10.31>

② 제3차시험에서는 합격ㆍ불합격만을 결정한다.

④제3항제3호에 따른 해당 계급에서의 근무성적은 경위 이하 경찰공무원의 경우에는 시험 실시연도 기준일부터 최근 1년 이내에 그 계급에서 평정한 평정점으로 산정하며, 경감인 경찰공무원의 경우에는 시험 실시연도 기준일부터 최근 2년 이내에 그 계급에서 평정한 평정점으로 다음의 계산방식으로 산정한다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2023.8.22>(최근 1년 이내에 평정한 평정점 × 60／100) ＋ (최근 1년 전 2년 이내에 평정한 평정점 × 40／100)
