경찰공무원 승진임용 규정 제22조의2(동료ㆍ민원인 등의 평가 반영)

① 임용권자(「경찰공무원 임용령」 제4조제1항부터 제6항까지의 규정에 따라 임용권을 위임받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)나 임용제청권자(법 제7조제1항에 따른 추천이 필요한 경우에는 경찰청장을 포함한다. 이하 같다)는 승진심사를 거쳐 소속 경찰공무원을 승진임용하거나 승진임용을 제청할 때 승진심사대상자에 대한 동료 평가 및 민원 평가를 실시하여 그 결과를 반영할 수 있다. 이 경우 동료 평가는 승진심사대상자의 상위ㆍ동일ㆍ하위 계급의 경찰공무원이 하고, 민원 평가는 승진심사대상자의 업무와 관련된 민원인 등이 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26, 2018.6.12, 2020.6.23, 2020.12.31>
