Police Officials Promotion Appointment Regulations, Article 17 (Jurisdiction of Promotion Review Committees)

① 승진심사위원회는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 경찰공무원의 승진심사를 관할한다. 다만, 경찰청장은 승진예정 인원 등을 고려하여 부득이할 때에는 제2호의 승진심사 중 경찰서의 보통승진심사위원회에서 실시할 경위 이하 계급으로의 승진심사를 시ㆍ도경찰청의 보통승진심사위원회에서 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.31>
