Regulations on Education and Training of Police Officials, Article 18 (Qualification Standards for Teaching Staff)

① 교수요원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자격 또는 경력을 갖춘 사람이어야 한다.

(1) Teaching티칭 staff스태^f프 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 who후 possess퍼제스 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 or오 career커^r리어 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 경위 이상의 경찰공무원으로서 담당할 분야와 관련된 실무ㆍ연구 또는 강의 경력(경위 이상의 경찰공무원이 되기 전의 경력을 포함한다)이 3년 이상인 사람

② 제1항에도 불구하고 중앙경찰학교의 신임교육을 담당할 교수요원 선발과정에서 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람이 없는 경우에는 경사 또는 7급 일반직공무원으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 교수요원으로 보직할 수 있다.

1. 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람
