경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 제14조의2(비용의 부담)

① 개발사업에 필요한 비용은 이 법 또는 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 개발사업시행자가 부담한다.

② 경제자유구역(경제자유구역개발계획이 수립된 지역만 해당한다) 안의 다음 각 호의 시설은 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 개발사업시행자가 아닌 자의 부담으로 설치한다. 다만, 관할 시ㆍ도지사와 개발사업시행자 간에 달리 정한 것이 있는 경우에는 그에 따른다.

③ 제2항에 따른 시설의 설치는 특별한 사유가 없으면 제14조에 따른 준공검사를 신청하는 날까지 완료하여야 한다.

④ 개발사업시행자가 제2항 단서에 따라 같은 항 제1호의 도로 또는 상ㆍ하수도시설을 설치하는 경우에는 시ㆍ도에 그 설치사업의 대행을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 설치비용은 개발사업시행자가 부담하여야 한다.
