경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 시행령 제6조의5(경제자유구역 지정 해제의 의제)

① 법 제8조의2제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 날"이란 법 제6조제1항제4호에 따른 단계적 시행시기의 기산일을 말한다.

② 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제8조의2제1항 단서에 따라 지정 해제의 의제에 대한 예외를 요청하려면 법 제8조의2제1항 본문에 따른 기간 만료일부터 6개월 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 요청서를 작성하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관은 제2항에 따라 지정 해제의 의제에 대한 예외를 요청받은 경우에는 특별한 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 요청을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내에 위원회의 심의ㆍ의결 결과를 시ㆍ도지사에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
