Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Establishment and Operation of Foreign Educational Institutions in Free Economic Zones and the Jeju Free International City, Article 12 (School Charter)

외국교육기관을 설립하고자 하는 자는 제3조제6호의 규정에 의한 학교헌장에 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.9>
