경제안보를 위한 공급망 안정화 지원 기본법 시행령 제34조(기금운용심의회의 운영)

① 기금운용심의회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 기금운용심의회를 대표하고 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 기금운용심의회 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 기금운용심의회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 과반수가 요구하는 경우 위원장이 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 it잇 as애즈 necessary네서세^r리 or오 when웬 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 request^r리퀘스트 it.잇

④ 기금운용심의회 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 기금운용심의회의 사무를 처리하기 위해 기금운용심의회에 간사 1명을 둘 수 있다. 이 경우 간사는 한국수출입은행 임직원 중에서 한국수출입은행 은행장이 지명한다.

(5) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Export-Import엑스포트-임포트 Bank뱅크 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Export-Import엑스포트-임포트 Bank뱅크 of어^v브 Korea.코^r리아

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금운용심의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 기금운용심의회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
