경제안보를 위한 공급망 안정화 지원 기본법 시행령 제3조(공급망 안정화 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행)

① 재정경제부장관은 법 제8조제1항에 따른 공급망 안정화 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)의 효율적인 수립을 위해 예산 등 재원에 관한 사항을 포함한 시행계획 수립지침을 작성하여 매년 1월 31일까지 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 송부해야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 시행계획이 기본계획 및 다른 법령에 따라 수립하는 공급망 관련 계획 등과 연계되도록 해야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 ensure엔슈어 that^ð댓 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 is이즈 linked링크트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 and앤드 supply서플라이 chain-related체인-^r릴레이티드 plans플랜즈 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 under언더 other어^ð더 statutes.스태춧츠

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제8조제1항 후단에 따라 해당 연도 시행계획을 매년 3월 31일까지 법 제10조제1항에 따른 공급망안정화위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 전년도 시행계획의 추진실적을 첨부해야 한다.

④ 위원회는 법 제8조제1항 후단 및 이 조 제3항에 따라 제출받은 시행계획의 조정이 필요한 경우 해당 시행계획의 조정 내용을 소관 중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보해야 한다.
