경제안보를 위한 공급망 안정화 지원 기본법 시행령 제13조(경제안보품목등의 지정ㆍ변경 및 해제)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제13조제1항 전단 및 제4항에 따라 경제안보품목등을 지정ㆍ변경하거나 지정을 해제하기 위해 필요한 경우에는 관계 전문가, 공공기관ㆍ연구기관 또는 관련 단체 등에 경제안보품목등과 관련한 조사나 연구를 의뢰할 수 있다.

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제13조제1항 전단에 따라 경제안보품목등을 지정하는 경우에는 관련 사업자 등을 대상으로 회의, 면담 또는 설문조사 등의 방법으로 사전에 의견을 들어야 한다.

③ 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제13조제1항에 따라 경제안보품목등을 지정한 경우에는 같은 조 제3항 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 법 제29조에 따라 위기품목으로 지정될 가능성이 높거나 공급망 위험을 초래할 가능성이 높은 경제안보품목등을 중요 경제안보품목등으로 분류하여 우선적으로 지원할 수 있다.

④ 중앙행정기관의 장은 경제안보품목등의 지정 유지 필요성을 주기적으로 재검토해야 한다.

⑤ 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제13조제6항 단서에 따라 경제안보품목등을 공개하려는 경우에는 미리 위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
