Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Supporting Supply Chain Stabilization for Economic Security, Article 10 (Composition and Operation of Expert Committees)

① 법 제10조제5항에 따른 분야별 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 국제협력, 비축, 물류 등의 분야로 구분하여 설치할 수 있다.

⑤ 전문위원회 위원 중 공무원이 아닌 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑥ 제5항에 따른 위원은 그 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임위원이 위촉될 때까지 그 임무를 수행할 수 있다.

⑦ 전문위원회 회의는 위원회 위원장의 요청이 있거나 전문위원회 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 소집하며, 미리 전문위원회 위원에게 회의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 통보해야 한다.
