Economic, Social and Labor Council Act, Article 8 (Steering Committee)

① 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 처리하기 위하여 운영위원회를 둔다.

2. 위원회로부터 위임받은 사항의 처리

3. 그 밖에 위원회 활동의 지원

② 운영위원회는 운영위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 운영위원으로 구성하며, 운영위원장은 위원회의 상임위원이 겸임한다.

③ 운영위원은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 위촉한다.

(3) Steering스티^r링 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

1. 전국적 규모의 총연합단체인 노동단체 대표자를 보좌하고 그 직무를 대행할 수 있는 사람

④ 운영위원회에 관하여는 제6조, 제7조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제4항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "위원장"은 "운영위원장"으로, "위원"은 "운영위원"으로, "위원회"는 "운영위원회"로 본다.
