경제사회노동위원회법 제7조(위원회의 회의)

① 위원장은 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 chair.체어

② 위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 소집한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회가 제3항에 따른 의결을 할 때에는 근로자를 대표하는 위원, 사용자를 대표하는 위원 및 정부를 대표하는 위원 각 2분의 1 이상이 출석하여야 한다.

(4) When웬 the^ð더 Council카운슬 passes패시즈 a어 resolution^r레절루션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), at앳 least리스트 one-half원-해^f프 each이치 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 workers,워커즈 the^ð더 members멤버즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 employers,엠플로이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 be비 present.프^r레전트
