경제사회노동위원회법 제10조(의제개발ㆍ조정위원회)

① 위원회는 의제개발ㆍ조정위원회를 운영위원회에 둔다.

② 의제개발ㆍ조정위원회의 위원장은 상임위원이 겸임한다.

③ 그 밖에 의제개발ㆍ조정위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
