결핵예방법 제9조(결핵환자등 발생 시 조치)

① 보건소장은 제8조에 따라 신고된 결핵환자등에 대하여 인적사항, 접촉자, 집단생활 여부 등 감염원을 조사하기 위하여 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사례조사를 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>

② 누구든지 보건소장이 실시하는 사례조사를 정당한 사유 없이 거부 또는 방해하거나 회피하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2016.2.3>
