결핵예방법 제25조(모금 등)

① 협회는 크리스마스씰 모금 및 그 밖의 모금을 하려면 모금계획을 수립하여 질병관리청장의 허가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2020.8.11>

(1) To투 conduct칸덕트 a어 Christmas크^r리스머스 seal실 fundraising^f펀드^r레이싱 or오 other어^ð더 fundraising,^f펀드^r레이싱 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 fundraising^f펀드^r레이싱 plan플랜 and앤드 obtain어브테인 permission퍼미션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Disease디지즈 Control컨트^r로울 and앤드 Prevention프^r리^v벤션 Agency.에이전시

② 협회는 제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 경우에는 「기부금품의 모집 및 사용에 관한 법률」에도 불구하고 크리스마스씰 모금 및 그 밖의 모금을 할 수 있다.

③ 정부 각 기관ㆍ공공단체 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 법인은 제2항에 따른 크리스마스씰 모금 및 그 밖의 모금에 협조하여야 한다.

(3) Government거^v버먼트 agencies,에이전시즈 public퍼블릭 organizations,오거너제이션즈 or오 juridical주어^r리디클 persons퍼슨즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree디크^r리 shall섈 cooperate코아퍼^r레잇 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Christmas크^r리스머스 seal실 fundraising^f펀드^r레이싱 or오 other어^ð더 fundraising^f펀드^r레이싱 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

④ 제2항에 따른 모금의 사용방법 및 실적보고 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
