결핵예방법 제13조(업무종사의 일시 제한)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 전염성결핵환자에 대하여 접객업이나 그 밖에 사람들과 접촉이 많은 업무에 종사하거나 제19조제1항제2호에 따른 집단생활시설에서 수행하는 업무에 종사하는 것을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전염성 소실(消失)의 판정을 받을 때까지 정지하거나 금지하도록 명하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2019.12.3>

② 제1항에 따라 업무종사 정지 또는 금지 명령을 받은 환자는 전염성 소실 판정을 받을 때까지 업무에 종사할 수 없다. <신설 2016.2.3>

③ 제1항에 따라 업무종사 정지 또는 금지 명령을 받은 환자의 사업주 또는 고용주는 해당 환자가 전염성 소실 판정을 받을 때까지 업무 종사를 금지하여야 한다. <신설 2016.2.3>

④ 사업주 또는 고용주는 비전염성결핵환자에 대하여 결핵환자라는 이유만으로 취업을 거부할 수 없다. <개정 2016.2.3>
