결핵예방법 시행규칙 제9조(전염성결핵환자 접촉자 검진)

① 법 제19조제1항에 따른 전염성결핵환자 접촉자에 대한 검진방법에 대해서는 제4조제3항을 준용한다.

② 제1항에 따른 검진대상 접촉자의 구체적인 범위는 결핵 감염의 위험 정도 등을 고려하여 질병관리청장이 정한다. <개정 2020.9.11>

③ 보건소장은 법 제19조제3항에 따라 별지 제3호서식의 전염성결핵환자의 접촉자 명부에 접촉 대상자를 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <신설 2016.8.4>
