①편찬사업회의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

②편찬사업회가 정관을 변경하고자 할 때에는 통일부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.

③통일부장관은 제2항에 따라 정관변경을 인가할 때에는 미리 문화체육관광부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
