검역법 시행규칙 제14조의2(격리 기간 동안 다른 사람과의 접촉)

① 법 제16조제5항에 따라 격리된 사람이 다른 사람을 접촉하려는 경우나 다른 사람이 격리된 사람을 접촉하려는 경우에는 별지 제16호의2서식에 따른 접촉 허가 신청서를 검역소장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 허가 신청을 받은 검역소장은 해당 검역감염병의 특성과 허가 신청인의 상태 등을 고려하여 지체 없이 허가 여부를 결정하고 이를 허가 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.
