검사징계법 제26조(「형사소송법」 등의 준용)
서류 송달, 기일의 지정 또는 변경, 증인ㆍ감정인의 선서와 급여에 관하여는 「형사소송법」과 「형사소송비용 등에 관한 법률」을 준용한다.
