검사의 보수에 관한 법률 제2조(보수의 기준)

검사는 별표 1의 검사의 봉급표에 따른 봉급과 그 밖의 보수를 받는다. 다만, 공무원 보수가 조정되어 검사의 봉급과 그 밖의 보수를 조정하려는 경우에는 이 법이 개정될 때까지 별표 2의 검사의 봉급기준표에 따라 대통령령으로 정할 수 있다.
