건축서비스산업 진흥법 제22조(설계의도 구현)

① 공공기관이 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물등의 공사를 발주하는 경우 설계자의 설계의도가 구현되도록 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 건축물등의 설계자를 건축과정에 참여시켜야 한다.

② 건축물등의 설계자는 설계의도가 구현될 수 있도록 건축주ㆍ시공자ㆍ감리자 등에게 설계의 취지 및 건축물의 유지ㆍ관리에 필요한 사항을 제안할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따라 건축과정에 설계자의 적정한 참여가 이루어질 수 있도록 시공자 및 감리자는 이를 정당한 사유 없이 방해하여서는 아니 되며, 설계자의 참여에 관한 내용 및 책임범위 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
