건축사법 제38조의10(다른 법률의 준용)

공제조합에 관하여는 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정과 「상법」 중 주식회사의 회계에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
