건축사법 제30조의4(건축사징계위원회)

① 건축사징계위원회(이하 "징계위원회"라 한다)는 국토교통부에 둔다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 징계위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 nine나인 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 Chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 징계위원회의 위원장은 국토교통부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 지명하는 사람으로 하고, 그 밖의 위원은 국토교통부 소속 공무원, 건축사 또는 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학에서 건축에 관한 과목을 가르치는 조교수 이상의 직에 있는 사람 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명 또는 위촉하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 징계위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
