제7조제1항에 따른 설계의 변경에 동의하지 아니한 자로서 설계의 변경으로 인하여 다른 법령에 따른 인가ㆍ허가ㆍ면허 등을 받거나 등록ㆍ신고를 할 수 없게 되어 건축물을 제6조제1항에 따른 분양 광고에 포함된 용도대로 사용하지 못하게 된 자는 분양계약을 해제할 수 있다.
