건축물의 분양에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

국토교통부장관등(법 제8조의2제4항에 따라 국토교통부장관의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 건축물의 분양과 관련된 정보의 관리ㆍ제공 및 건축물분양정보관리체계의 구축ㆍ운영에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호, 제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
