Enforcement Decree of the Building Management Act, Article 37 (Entrustment of Authority|12)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제50조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 해당 구분에 따라 위탁한다. <개정 2020.12.1, 2022.7.26, 2022.8.2>

② 제1항제3호에 따라 건축물관리점검 실시결과의 평가에 관한 권한을 위탁받은 기관의 장(이하 "실시결과평가기관의 장"이라 한다)은 평가대상 및 평가방법 등에 관한 세부 사항을 정하여 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다.
