① 법 제31조제3항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 건축물"이란 다음 각 호의 건축물을 말한다. <개정 2024.1.2>

③ 법 제31조제6항 전단에 따른 감리원 배치기준에는 다음 각 호의 내용이 포함되어야 한다.
