4. 건축물 해체공사의 공정(工程)이 법 제32조제5항제1호 전단에 따른 필수확인점(이하 "필수확인점"이라 한다)에 다다른 경우로서 건축물 해체공사가 해체계획서와 관계 법령에 맞게 수행되는지를 확인하기 위하여 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 경우
