건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제52조(용역이행 상황 조사 등)

① 공제조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합이 보증한 건설폐기물 처리용역과 관련하여 건설공사현장 및 조합원의 사업장에 출입하여 용역이행 상황을 조사할 수 있으며, 그 용역을 수행하는 조합원에게 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
