건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제32조(장부의 비치, 기록 및 보존)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 장부를 갖추고, 폐기물의 수집ㆍ운반ㆍ처리상황 등(제1호에 해당하는 자의 경우에는 폐기물의 발생량, 재활용상황 및 처리실적 등을 말한다)을 기록하고, 최종 기록한 날부터 2년간 보존하여야 한다. 다만, 전자정보처리프로그램에 해당 사항을 입력한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.6.12, 2025.10.1>
