건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제29조(건설폐기물 처리시설의 설치 및 관리 기준)

① 건설폐기물 처리시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 설치 및 관리 기준에 맞게 해당 시설을 설치 및 유지ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 시ㆍ도지사는 건설폐기물 처리시설의 설치 또는 유지ㆍ관리가 제1항에 따른 설치 및 관리 기준에 맞지 아니하다고 인정되면 그 시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자에게 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기간을 정하여 그 시설의 개선을 명하거나 그 시설의 사용중지를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 해당 시설의 폐쇄를 명할 수 있다.
