건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(처리이행보증보험금액의 산출기준)

①처리이행보증보험금액은 건설폐기물의 종류별 처리단가에 허용보관량을 곱한 금액의 1.5배로 한다. 다만, 허용보관량을 초과한 초과보관량에 대한 처리이행보증보험금액은 건설폐기물의 종류별 처리단가에 초과보관량을 곱한 금액의 3배로 한다.

②제1항에 따른 건설폐기물의 종류별 처리단가는 건설폐기물의 종류 및 처리방법 등을 고려하여 기후에너지환경부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2010.5.18, 2025.10.1>
