건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제27조(보고서 제출)

① 배출신고자는 법 제34조제1항에 따라 별지 제28호서식의 건설폐기물 배출 및 처리실적보고서에 건설폐기물 처리 세금계산서 등 처리실적을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 해당 건설공사 준공 후 15일 이내에 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하되, 배출기간이 2개년도 이상에 걸쳐 배출되는 경우에는 해당 연도 건설폐기물의 배출 및 처리실적은 다음 연도 2월 말일(해당 연도 중에 준공되는 경우에는 준공 후 15일 이내를 말한다)까지 제출해야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2010.6.9, 2020.4.17>

③ 배출자는 법 제34조제1항에 따라 건설공사의 준공검사 전에 다음 각 호의 내용을 포함하는 별지 제32호서식의 건설폐기물 재활용실적보고서를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2010.6.9>

④제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 보고서의 제출은 법 제10조에 따른 건설폐기물 정보관리체계를 이용하여 전송하여야 한다. <개정 2007.1.9, 2010.6.9>

⑤ 제3항에 따른 건설폐기물 재활용실적보고서를 제출받은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제39조에 따른 순환골재 및 순환골재 재활용제품의 사용 권고 또는 시정조치명령을 위하여 시ㆍ도지사가 해당 보고서의 제출을 요청하는 경우에는 그 보고서를 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출할 수 있다. <신설 2017.10.19>
