건설산업기본법 제65조(조사 및 검사)

① 국토교통부장관은 공제조합의 재무건전성 유지 등을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 소속 공무원으로 하여금 공제조합의 업무 상황 또는 회계 상황을 조사하게 하거나 장부 또는 그 밖의 서류를 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제56조제1항제5호의 공제사업에 대하여는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회가 제1항에 따른 조사 또는 검사를 할 수 있다.
