건설산업기본법 제50조(협회의 설립)

① 건설사업자의 품위 보전, 건설기술의 개발, 그 밖에 건설업의 건전한 발전을 위하여 건설사업자는 건설사업자단체(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.30>

(1) Construction컨스트^r럭션 business비즈니스 operators아퍼^r레이터즈 may메이 establish이스태블리시 an앤 association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 construction컨스트^r럭션 business비즈니스 operators아퍼^r레이터즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "association")어소우시에이션 to투 maintain메인테인 their^ð데어 dignity,디그너티 develop디^v벨럽 construction컨스트^r럭션 technology텍날러지 and앤드 otherwise어^ð더와이즈 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 construction컨스트^r럭션 business.비즈니스

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) An앤 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) An앤 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 협회 회원의 자격과 임원에 관한 사항 등은 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 such서치 as애즈 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 for^f포 membership멤버쉽 and앤드 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 an앤 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 협회 정관의 기재 사항과 협회에 대한 감독에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 to투 be비 stated스테이티드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 and앤드 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 supervision수퍼^v비전 of어^v브 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
