건설산업기본법 제27조(견적기간)

발주자는 수의계약으로 도급계약을 체결하는 경우에는 그 체결을 하기 전에, 경쟁계약으로 도급계약을 체결하는 경우에는 입찰에 부치기 전에 건설사업자가 해당 건설공사에 관한 견적을 낼 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 일정 기간을 주어야 한다. <개정 2019.4.30>
