건설기계관리법 제39조의3(건설기계 등록 등의 신청에 관한 특례)

건설기계의 소유자는 제3조ㆍ제5조ㆍ제6조에도 불구하고 건설기계의 등록, 등록사항의 변경신고, 등록말소를 할 때에는 건설기계 소유자의 주소지 또는 건설기계의 사용본거지를 관할하지 아니하는 시ㆍ도지사에게도 신청할 수 있다.
