건설기계관리법 제34조(건설기계임대료 등 체납신고센터의 설치 등)

① 제32조에 따라 건설기계사업자가 설립한 협회는 건설기계사업자가 건설기계 임차인 등으로부터 건설기계 대여에 따른 임대료 등을 받지 못하거나 지연되는 경우 이의 회수를 지원하기 위하여 건설기계임대료 등 체납신고센터(이하 이 조에서 "신고센터"라 한다)를 설치할 수 있다.

② 신고센터의 설치와 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
