건설기계관리법 제30조(수시적성검사)

① 건설기계조종사는 안전한 조종에 장애가 되는 후천적 신체장애 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당되는 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 실시하는 수시적성검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2026.2.27>

② 제1항에 따른 수시적성검사의 기간ㆍ통지와 그 밖에 수시적성검사의 실시에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
