Construction Machinery Management Act, Article 28 (Revocation and Suspension of Construction Machinery Operator License)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 건설기계조종사가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건설기계조종사면허를 취소하거나 1년 이내의 기간을 정하여 건설기계조종사면허의 효력을 정지시킬 수 있다. 다만, 제1호, 제2호, 제8호, 제9호 또는 제10호에 해당하는 경우에는 건설기계조종사면허를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.3.23, 2018.9.18, 2022.2.3, 2026.2.27>
