건설기계관리법 제2조(정의 등)

1. "건설기계"란 건설공사에 사용할 수 있는 기계로서 대통령령으로 정하는 것을 말한다.

3. "건설기계사업"이란 건설기계대여업, 건설기계정비업, 건설기계매매업 및 건설기계해체재활용업을 말한다.

6. "건설기계매매업"이란 중고(中古) 건설기계의 매매 또는 그 매매의 알선과 그에 따른 등록사항에 관한 변경신고의 대행을 업으로 하는 것을 말한다.
