건강기능식품에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조의2(과징금의 납부기한 연기 및 분할 납부)

① 식품의약품안전처장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제37조제1항에 따라 과징금을 부과받은 자가 내야 할 과징금의 금액이 100만원 이상인 경우에는 「행정기본법」 제29조 단서에 따라 과징금의 납부기한을 연기하거나 분할 납부하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.12.12>

③ 제1항에 따라 과징금의 납부기한을 연기하거나 분할 납부하게 하는 경우 납부기한의 연기는 그 납부기한의 다음 날부터 1년 이내로 하고, 각 분할된 납부기한 간의 간격은 4개월 이내로 하며, 분할 납부의 횟수는 3회 이내로 한다.
